A rich aged Australian Tawny which has been aged in oak for 21 years.
Tawny colour with yellow/green rancio colour edge from extended barrel age. Intense and complex aromas of raisin fruit with fruitcake/crème brulee aromas and hints of spice and nuts and lovely fresh clean spirit. The palate is sweet and luscious with Xmas pudding, liquorice and vanillin oak flavours. A long lingering finish carried by lovely clean brandy spirit.
