Only in exceptional years do we hold back some stock to cellar in the winery and release years later as a museum release.
Very dark colour almost black with some brick red tints, rich complex nose of coconut/vanillin oak and blackberry/dark fruits with a touch of spice, palate is rich, full flavoured with complex flavours of blackberry conserve, vanillin, Chinese five spice in a soft textured and layered structure with fine soft tannins on the finish.
