A stylish blanc de noir sparkling cuvee made predominantly from Organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Limestone Coast region of South Australia.
The wine has a faint pink partridge eye colour and displays a complex bouquet of nuts and spice with yeast and berry notes and a soft palate with yeast, nutty and brioche flavours adding complexity to the palate, which finishes with a well balanced fine citrus crisp acidity.
