Only in exceptional years do we hold back some stock to cellar in the winery and release years later as a museum release.
Deep straw colour, buttered toast and lime peel/floral notes, soft textured palate with citrus, butter and bottle aged toasty flavours with great complexity and length with clean lemony acidity on the finish.
